Mondays
 
6 - 7.30pm All Levels Class at Thrangu House, Magdalen Road, OX4.

£8/£6 per class, £45 for 6 classes, £80 for 12 classes. Suitable for all levels.


Tuesdays 
 

12.30 – 1.30pm Lunchtime Vinyasa Flow Yoga at Thrangu House.

£6/£5 drop in, £30 for pack of 6 classes. Some yoga experience is useful.

 

7.45 – 8.45pm All Levels at LA Fitness, St Ebbs, OX1. Members only.
 
Wednesdays 

5.30 -7pm at Oxfam Offices. £7. Staff only.


Thursdays

The Yoga Garden, Summertown

£7 drop in, £32 for 5 classes, £65 for 11 week term

 Starting 7th May, finishing 16th July

Things to remember when coming to class:

~Please note that the class schedule may change. Always call to double check before coming along to a class for the first time.

~Please come wearing loose comfortable clothes, and bring a jumper for the final relaxation.

~Please leave a couple of hours between your last meal and coming to class. Ideally, you should practice yoga on an empty stomach. If you really must eat something, make it light and energy giving (e.g. nuts and a banana).

~If you have any illnesses, conditions or injuries, please make sure you let the teacher know before the class begins.
