Things to remember when coming to class:

~Please note that the class schedule may change. Always call to double check before coming along to a class for the first time.

~Please come wearing loose comfortable clothes.
~Please bring a mat. If you need to buy or borrow a mat, contact Olivia before the class.

~Please leave a couple of hours between your last meal and coming to class. Ideally, you should practice yoga on an empty stomach. If you really must eat something, make it light and energy giving (e.g. nuts and a banana).

~If you have any illnesses, conditions or injuries, please make sure you let the teacher know before the class begins.
